What we collect

You do not need an account or any personal details to use the planner and guides. We only receive what you choose to send through our forms:

• Custom itinerary request form: name, email address, destination, dates, number of travellers, pace, interests and notes.
• Review form: name, email address, rating and review.

How we use it

• To review your custom itinerary request, reply to you and provide the service (performance of a contract).
• To read your review and, if you agree, publish it with your first name and last initial (e.g. Ayşe K.) (consent). Your email address is never published.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.

Services we rely on

The site uses the following providers, whose servers may be located abroad (mainly in the US and EU):

• Netlify: hosts the site and may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser details) for security and operation.
• FormSubmit: forwards form submissions to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail): the inbox where form submissions arrive.
• Payment provider (Shopify): if you pay for a custom itinerary, your payment details are processed on the payment page; we never see your card details.

Cookies

Our site sets no cookies of its own and uses no visitor tracking or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). Fonts are served from our own server.

When you click a ticket, hotel or city tour link (GetYourGuide, Klook, Booking.com) you move to that site, which uses its own cookies, including to recognise that you came from our link. Map links open in Google Maps. Their privacy policies are available on their own sites.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to 2 years after your request is closed and then delete them. Published reviews stay on the site until you ask us to remove them. Records we must keep by law (e.g. payments) are kept for the required period.

Your rights

You can ask whether we hold data about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. This includes your rights under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

• To have a published review removed, just write to the same address.
